So, what are "Lapin Links"?  Lapin Links are our custom made rabbit sausage, formed into bratwurst type links.  They are 100% rabbit meat, with no additives, "other" meat, or anything unnatural.

Originally, we called them "Rabbit Bratwurst", but the panel of chefs who helped us develop the product thought that they were much too delicate in flavor and consistency to be considered a true bratwurst.

We agreed, and "Lapin Links" were born.  Lapin is the French word for rabbit, and symbolizes the 100% pure rabbit meat in the sausage.
